We are seeking a Development Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record in fundraising with strong writing and communication skills. The candidate is well organized, a multitasker and most importantly a team player.
The Development Manager reports directly to the Executive Director, managing a variety of development activities to grow revenue furthering the mission of Apraxia Kids. The Development Manager will work to identify and solicit foundation prospects based on strategic initiatives and current program needs, and cultivate and steward donors of Apraxia Kids. In addition, this position will work alongside the Walk Manager to support and achieve the goals of our signature volunteer-led fundraising initiative, the Walk for Apraxia, raising more than $1 million.
