We are seeking a creative, caring individual to fill an immediate need for a Logistics Manager for our Placement Services.

Auberle’s Placement Services includes children and youth in foster homes, residential programs and shelter placements. This position provides training, supervision and support to Case Aides, Spirituality Coordinator and Health Services; creates weekly and monthly transportation schedules and provides transportation to children, youth and families; coordinates and provides family visitation; facilitates driver training for staff; coordinates service and repairs of vehicles; trains staff around various topics such as: car seat safety and visitation guidelines along with managing and scheduling on-site medical and dental services with our community partners.

This position requires a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. Requires travel for a variety of reasons including, but not limited to, appointments, court hearings, home visits and meetings. Trauma Informed Care is fully supported and integrated into the approach regarding services.

This position requires a High School Diploma (or GED) and one year of relevant experience working and/or volunteering with children, youth or families

A valid PA driver’s license, registration, vehicle and proof of insurance are required. Must be 21 years of age or older and required to process Acts 33/34 (child and criminal) as well as FBI clearances. Pre-employment drug screening and random employment drug testing required.
