Office Manager

PMBA- a minority business accelerator for established minority-owned companies- is searching for an Office Manager who will be an integral member of the leadership team. The individual will provide administrative support to the CEO/President, maintain strong relationships with our clients and partners, and manage the office operations. The office will be in Pittsburgh, PA.

We are a new company with a lean staff, so we need someone who is collaborative, enjoys being part of a small team with a bold vision. It will be important that the individual can work independently, be attentive to details, use his/her initiative, and make substantive decisions quickly. Our ideal candidate has at least three years of customer service and administrative support experience, knows how to manage the different organizational needs of a busy office, and collaborated with corporate executives and owners of small businesses.


  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, project management software and online research.
  • Experience in administrative, customer service, or other related roles
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and inventory control
  • Excellent written and oral communication
  • Project management and social media posting experience a plus.
  • Has the ability to travel in the local area around Pittsburgh.
