Administrative assistant with responsibility for the organization and support of the executive director through the completion of tasks allowing the director to focus on more advanced assignments.  Assistant will answer phones, manage executive calendar, including scheduling of appointments and organizing meeting.  Assistant will compose response to routine inquiries, maintain both electronic and paper filing systems.

Successful applicant will exercise independent decisions on a daily basis to handle specific tasks.  Assistant must be proficient in spelling, punctuation, and sentence structure.  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
