Reports to: Clinical Supervisor
Location: Main Campus
Hours: Full-time hours are Monday-Friday; must show flexibility in scheduling including early evening availability 1-2 days per week. No weekend hours or on-call responsibilities.
Statement of Duties:
- Provide outpatient therapy sessions to assigned clients, who have substance use or co-occurring disorders, in their home, school, and office settings.
- Maintain clinical records and have good written skills.
- Proficient in MS Office suite.
- Good Communication skills and collaboration within a clinical team.
- Experience in electronic clinical records is a plus.
Clinical Therapists have flexibility in scheduling their own caseload to meet the needs of their clients and work around personal obligations.

Master’s degree preferred in counseling, social work, psychology, or related state-approved field. Will consider Bachelor’s level candidates with a degree in a DDAP-approved field and at least one year of previous experience in a substance use disorder treatment facility.
New graduates are strongly encouraged to apply!! Licensure supervision for LPC/LCSW is available as a free benefit of employment. Must be willing to work towards full PCB Certification as a Certified Advanced Drug and Alcohol Counselor after the first year of employment.
Must have a valid PA driver’s license and current Act 33/34 and FBI clearances. Additionally, must have a reliable vehicle to use during work hours and be capable of visiting families in their homes and community settings. EOE
