Reports to: Clinical Supervisor
Location: Main Campus
Hours:  Full-time hours are Monday-Friday; must show flexibility in scheduling including early evening availability 1-2 days per week. No weekend hours or on-call responsibilities.

Statement of Duties:

  • Provide outpatient therapy sessions to assigned clients, who have substance use or co-occurring disorders, in their home, school, and office settings.
  • Maintain clinical records and have good written skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite.
  • Good Communication skills and collaboration within a clinical team.
  • Experience in electronic clinical records is a plus.

Clinical Therapists have flexibility in scheduling their own caseload to meet the needs of their clients and work around personal obligations.

Minimum Qualifications:

Master’s degree preferred in counseling, social work, psychology, or related state-approved field. Will consider Bachelor’s level candidates with a degree in a DDAP-approved field and at least one year of previous experience in a substance use disorder treatment facility.

New graduates are strongly encouraged to apply!! Licensure supervision for LPC/LCSW is available as a free benefit of employment. Must be willing to work towards full PCB Certification as a Certified Advanced Drug and Alcohol Counselor after the first year of employment.

Must have a valid PA driver’s license and current Act 33/34 and FBI clearances. Additionally, must have a reliable vehicle to use during work hours and be capable of visiting families in their homes and community settings.  EOE
