St. Ursula Food Pantry & Outreach in Morgantown, WV, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to work with clients, document services, and perform bookkeeping for its Food Pantry and Baby and Toddler Programs. Primary duties include working with volunteers to organize food and clothing donations, manage account receivables and payables, prepare financial reports, and assist the director with daily administrative tasks and occasional fundraising activities. The ideal candidate will have a college degree and a background in social services. Experience with Microsoft Office products (mostly Word and Excel) is necessary; QuickBooks, a plus. Current work week: 32 hrs/wk, Mon-Thurs. Cost-shared benefits available for medical, dental and vision insurance. Vacation. Must be able to lift and carry 30 pounds, and climb stairs.
