This member of the UWSWPA regional team supports the execution of United Way’s Community Impact agenda across Armstrong, Butler, Fayette and Westmoreland Counties to advance United Way’s strategic goals, which include meeting basic needs, moving individuals and families to greater financial stability and building success in school and life. Under the direction of the Director of Regional Impact Initiatives, this includes managing the grant making process, outcome evaluation and accountability, as well as cultivating and managing community initiatives to identify and address critical community, education, and human service needs in our region.

A Bachelor’s degree is required.

Annual Salary Range:  $36,900 – $43,400
