The Division of Philanthropic & Alumni Engagement (PAE) cultivates relationships with contributors, alumni, and other constituents on behalf of the University of Pittsburgh and UPMC, generating support for teaching, research, and care.

The University of Pittsburgh’s Division of Philanthropic & Alumni Engagement is seeking an Associate Major Gift Officer to join a progressive team within our Schools of the Health Sciences Department. PAE seeks a qualified applicant as an Associate Major Gifts Officer who, in direct collaboration with the Directors of Development of the Schools of the Health Sciences, develops and implements comprehensive fund-raising strategies for direct identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of individual major gift prospects.

The incumbent may also work on special events, annual campaign, and other development projects. This position will support multiple Schools of the Health Sciences.

Bachelor’s required with three or more years of experience. Master’s degree preferred.
