The individual functions as the Program Coordinator for the operations of the MidAtlantic AIDS Education & Training Center (MAAETC) and other projects of the Principal Investigator (PI). Responsible for coordination of all aspects of training, consultation, technical assistance and communities of practice provided by the projects. The project includes all regional partners/subcontractors for the MAAETC and its partners in Region 3 of the US Public Health Services. The incumbent is responsible for development and execution of all aspect of program and event planning, organization, evaluation. This individual may supervise others at the Pittsburgh site of the MAAETC upon delegation by the PI. The individual is responsible to implement and conduct quality assurance and travel throughout the region and in meeting the goals and scope of work is outlined in grant and cooperative agreements awarded to the PI. The project coordinator may also be assigned to attend committees, meetings, and other duties required for these grant and cooperative agreements as assigned by the PI. The Program Coordinator reports directly to the Principal Investigator/Executive Director. Supervision may also occur from the Assistant Director of the MAAETC as assigned by the PI.

Masters or experience essential to a Doctoral Degree.
