Youth Enrichment Services (YES) is a high-impact, innovative, community, and youth-driven organization whose primary mission is to empower youth through mentorship, education, and enrichment. As a 26-year- old agency, we are excited about our organizational history, legacy, and resiliency and are seeking highly qualified, highly motivated individuals to help us chart new territory and fulfill our mission.
As a Program Manager, one will be charged with managing and implementing YES’ Pathways to Access Program (PAP), an opportunity designed to provide workforce development training, workforce experience and career exploration for high school youth. In this role, the Program Manager will creatively and innovatively engage young people in diverse (virtual) experiences that prepare them for post-secondary educational and career opportunities.
The role more specifically requires:
Program Development, Management, and Implementation:
- Manage and implement all aspects of workforce programming
- Create non-traditional career experiences for youth participants
- Codify and systematize program materials and structures to further develop the program infrastructure, longevity, and sustainability
Case Management:
- Recruit, enroll, and register youth for program
- Manage and oversee case management system and ensure all necessary parts are updated regularly and with fidelity
- Hold regular meetings with participants and transcribe case notes and update service delivery log regularly
- Administer youth assessments as per program goals to include in case files
- Communicate issues in management early with areas of delegation outlined
Staff Training:
- Train and oversee case managers to ensure they meet program and performance expectation
- Provide guidance on work assignments for case managers
Data/ Evaluation:
- Ensure attendance, assessment, and general program records are maintained, updated, and
communicated in an effective reporting structure - Evaluate program effectiveness and track progress toward program goals
- Prepare monthly and quarterly program reports according to grant criteria
Other:
- Develop relationships and build partnerships with community and professional leaders to promote and enhance program visibility and efficiency
- Leverage and cultivate resources
- Serve as Worksite Case Manager for Summer Program
- Adhere to policies, internal and external deadlines, and proposed outcomes

Credentials:
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree with 3 – 5 years of program, teaching, and/or case management experience
Desired Requirements:
- Master’s Degrees in Teaching, Business, Social Work, Organizational Leadership, Management, or Educational Administration
- Experience working with youth from marginalized and minoritized communities
