AllPeopleBeHappy is the product of a collaboration between Amizade and the AllPeopleBeHappy Foundation. Founded by Dan Weiss, Amizade, has over 30 years of experience in organizing community-based global-learning experiences in 19 communities around the world. Founded by Eric, Barbara, and Sunny Tang, the AllPeopleBeHappy Foundation has over 17 years of experience in investing in small development projects on issues surrounding poverty reduction, agriculture, education, and more.

As one organization formed in 2024, AllPeopleBeHappy has three instruments for impact:

(1) We cultivate a network of communities around the planet that can learn from each other and flourish together.

(2) We build sustainable development projects. We invest in high-impact, low-cost, community-driven projects — and the leaders and partnerships that make them possible. To date, we’ve impacted over 1,000,000 people.

(3) We create global experiences. We organize and manage global travel and virtual experiences. To date, over 30,000 people have had life-changing volunteer experiences with us. We confront the biggest issues — food insecurity, climate change, and much more— with the smallest (and too often hardest-to-fund) innovations.
