The Armstrong County Community Action of Pennsylvania (ACCAP) is a non-profit organization incorporated in March 1965 as a community-based, grassroots organization serving individuals facing economic hardships.
Since its inception, ACCAP has established itself as one of the single largest providers of comprehensive human services in the Armstrong County community.
Today, it assists individuals with such concerns as nutrition, housing, transportation, job training, and placement with the goal of providing support as residents gain the skills needed to acquire self-sufficiency.
