Dragon’s Den (DD’s) is a 501 (c)(3) dynamic and exciting start-up that opened in September 2020. We are in a beautiful historic site, St. Mary Magdalene’s, in the heart of Homestead. This state-of-the-heart site holds transformative learning programs including suspended obstacle courses, rock walls, and zip lines as well as a variety of hands-on team-building workshops, after-school and summer camp programs for vibrant youth of all abilities and backgrounds. It is a unique place where youth come to play and learn to embrace life with courage, joy, and passion on their journey to becoming successful and outstanding citizens. Our programs are designed around three pillars: Physical and Nutrition, Academics, and STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics) with the goal of increasing self-confidence, locus of control, self-efficacy and social and emotional intelligence in our young participants.
