The International Microelectronics Assembly and Packaging Society (IMAPS) is a 501(c)3 nonprofit association dedicated to the advancement and growth of microelectronics and electronics packaging technologies through professional education. IMAPS supports more than 3,000 members. The Society’s portfolio of technologies is disseminated through premier professional conferences, an exclusive advanced packaging research library, local chapter networks, in-person and on-demand workforce development training courses, and other efforts.
