Medical Rescue Team South Authority (MRTSA) is a non-profit municipal authority that provides emergency medical services in six communities in Allegheny County, has a $5 million operating budget, and 40 employees. The Authority is seeking a qualified and dynamic Executive Director to perform day-to-day management of administrative, human resources and financial operations. This is both a highly visible and highly accountable position that reports directly to the Authority’s Board of Directors.
