Jobs at Our Future Hilltop

Fineview Citizens Council (FCC) and Perry Hilltop Citizens Council (PHCC) are two neighborhood-based organizations located on the North Side of Pittsburgh. The Councils cooperatively share staff, and the two Boards of Directors work closely together to develop the community so that all residents benefit, especially existing neighbors and those most at risk of displacement. The Councils’ vision is to create a C.A.R.I.N.G community -- one that is Cooperative, Advocating, Resourceful, Inspiring, Neighborly, and Gracious.
