ThePennsylvania Community Health Worker Collaborative(PACHW) is a growing statewide coalition that draws together over 200 Community Health Workers (CHWs), CHW Allies, and CHW employers across Pennsylvania annually. As a recently formed 501c3 nonprofit organization, PACHW’s mission is tounite and empower PA’s CHWs through active collaboration, education, advocacy, and support. PACHW champions the development of a strong professional identity through leadership in statewide advocacy and policy change to impact the communities we serve.
