Partners For Quality is a nonprofit organization that provides administrative management services to a family of subsidiary agencies in Western Pennsylvania.                                                                                                                                   

Our agencies support more than 5,000 local individuals with intellectual & developmental disabilities and behavioral health challenges. Our vision and mission guide our actions.

Partners For Quality services include Human Resources, staff training, Fiscal, I.T., Operations, Fundraising and Communications. By consolidating and overseeing administrative responsibilities, our subsidiaries are empowered to focus on their day-to-day priorities; most importantly, the persons they support. 

Our Partners For Quality family of agencies includes:

• Allegheny Children’s Initiative – our youth services subsidiary, which supports more than 500 children and families with behavioral challenges in Allegheny County each year. Allegheny Children's Initiative is accredited by the Council on Accreditation.
• Citizen Care – providing individualized community, residential and vocational services and supports to more than 250 adults each year. Citizen Care is accredited by the Council on Quality and Leadership.
• Exceptional Adventures – providing fun and safe social and travel opportunities to individuals with disabilities. Exceptional Adventures is one of the largest travel agencies of its kind.
• Milestone Centers serves adults and children with developmental and behavioral health challenges through services which include residential locations, outpatient therapy, day programs and community participation. Milestone Centers is certified by the Sanctuary Institute as a trauma-informed care provider.
• Partners For Quality Foundation – organizing special events and raising much-needed funds that support all of our agencies.

Partners For Quality agencies are recognized as an integral part of the service delivery system in Allegheny County serving more than 5,000 people annually and employing more than 1,000 people across the organization.
