The Pittsburgh Hispanic Development Corporation (PHDC) is a 501(c)(3) community
development corporation dedicated to the economic advancement of Hispanics in the Pittsburgh region. Since 2012, PHDC has focused on racial equity by supporting Hispanic business creation and growth, attracting Hispanic investments, and increasing the Hispanic population in Southwestern Pennsylvania.
PHDC specializes in addressing cross-cultural challenges inhibiting the ability of Hispanic entrepreneurs to maximize their economic potential and financial independence through its Business Incubator.
The Business Incubator assists start-ups and existing entrepreneurs and helps support their businesses in the short and long term. PHDC guides entrepreneurs to assess their business ideas and plan, launch, market, and operate their businesses.
