The Sto-Rox Neighborhood Health Council, Inc. (SRNHC) is a non-profit organization and Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that has served western Pennsylvania communities for more than 50 years. Our Sto-Rox Family Health Center and Hilltop Community Health Center locations provide community-based care for both adults and children across the lifespan. Our array of services includes medical, dental, behavioral health, women’s health, podiatry, nutrition, and optometry.
