We Are Beautiful Outreach Programs is a nonprofit organization founded by Starshemah Duncan to support the emotional, mental, and personal development of girls and women through mentorship, self-esteem building, wellness education, and therapeutic support. The organization’s mission is to help participants “Cultivate the Beauty Within” by empowering them to recognize their worth, develop confidence, and embrace healthy self-identity.
