The West Liberty University Foundation raises, invests, and stewards private funds to strengthen West Liberty University to increase opportunity for students of all backgrounds to pursue higher learning. The WLU Foundation is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors and is operated, on a day-to- day basis, by an Executive Director, with offices on the WLU campus and in downtown Wheeling. The WLU Foundation manages the growing endowment for the university as well as over 300 funds directed toward scholarships and academic and athletic programs.
