Chief Operating Officer

This position is a full-time exempt position working a minimum of 40 hours per week with a full benefit package paid by employer after 60 days.
Purpose: Oversee all major divisions (Workforce, Education and Early Childhood) of the organization and assist with the implementation of the diversity, equity and inclusion plan.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.
Experience: 8 years of senior managerial experience implementing and managing grant funded programs and with developing business partnerships working for a non-profit agency, high preferred.
