Manager for Member Engagement, Grants and Projects
The Center for Healthcare Solutions is seeking someone to join our team. This person will have four primary areas of responsibility.
Grant Administration (approximately 45%): Provide input to potential grant opportunities. Coordinate the implementation and administration of grants received. Manage all assigned grant programs to comply with grant requirements and reporting and serve as a liaison with funding agencies. Form and foster collaborative relationships with the spectrum of social service professionals, providers of community programs and other local organizations focused on improving the health of the residents of their community.
Member Services (approximately 35%): Responsible to coordinate, organize and facilitate multiple member committee meetings on a quarterly basis. Collaborate with committee Chairs, to engage speakers and training partners to meet the identified needs of members and accomplish the mission of CFHCS.
CFHCS Board Support (approximately 15%): Provide executive level administrative support to the President and Boards of Directors of CFHCS to organize and facilitate scheduling for, and preparation and dissemination of materials for the quarterly Board meetings.
Operational oversight (approximately 5%): Oversee certain aspects of office operations for CFHCS.
Required Qualifications: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Health or similar, and 3 to 5 years of healthcare or related business experience required. Master’s degree preferred. Well organized, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to prioritize and plan. Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel and Power Point. Familiar with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Survey Monkey or similar, and has the ability to create multimedia presentations. Understands the concepts of grant funding and management. Is knowledgeable about the contracting process and is able to work effectively with contractors and consultants. Is experienced in organizing and facilitating meetings. Is able to build and maintain professional relationships with members and potential members and partners for Center for Healthcare Solutions. Has a current Pennsylvania driver’s license.
