Who are we looking for?
The ideal candidate is a seasoned mental health professional with at least five years of behavioral health direct service working with children, young adults, and families and at least two years of supervisory experience. A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Education, Human Services or related field is required, as well as a PA license in professional counseling (LPC), clinical social work (LCSW), marriage and family therapy (LMFT), social worker (LSW), or behavioral specialist (BSL) is required.
The Director of Clinical Services provides program oversight of our Family Based and Community School Based Programs, providing direction to clinicians and clinical supervisors. This dynamic position will work collaboratively with members of the Leadership team to develop strategies to improve and grow Clinical Services, including increasing capacity, developing career pathways, providing licensure supervision, and budget management.
The Director will ensure services meet program, funder, and agency regulations while balancing the needs of consumers and their families. This is a full-time, salaried position.
