Supervisor - Family Based Mental Health

Who are we looking for?   

• Passion for working in community mental health 
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Nursing, Education, Human Services, or a related field 
• Three years of direct care experience 
• Two years of supervisory experience in any of the Child and Adolescent Service Systems 

The Supervisor will provide team, administrative, and clinical supervision to Family Based Team Members. They will ensure high-quality service delivery, as well as regulations and reporting requirements, are performed in a timely and efficient manner. We are looking for a skilled clinician and supervisor that can use their trauma-informed, systems-driven skills to coach their teams to achieve success with the families we serve.

This is a 40-hour per-week position that is bonus eligible.
