Chief Program Officer (CPO)
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the CPO responsibilities include ensuring that all program and services are achieving performance standards, program and leadership development and integrating clinical and program leadership. The CPO supervises the Director of Program Operations and Director of Quality & Performance Improvement. Strategic priorities include enhancing Mainstay’s technology first approach in residential services, growing and developing services for people who live with Prader-Willi Syndrome, and expanding our service reach in Pennsylvania.
The position requires a master’s degree from an accredited college or university - in human services or related field -AND- (7)+ years of related experience working program operations in human services (or with individuals who experience behavioral health disorders, intellectual disability and autism). Experience with 6100/6400/6500 regulations preferred. Valid Pennsylvania driver's license. Use of personal vehicle may be required.
